The United States will work with its Chinese counterparts to schedule US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s visit tentatively planned for early next year, a senior State Department official said, Report informs via Reuters.
Following his first face-to-face meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, US President Joe Biden said Blinken will travel to China to follow up on discussions.
This visit of the US official to China will be the first visit of this level since 2018.
