The increasing presence of the US in European cyberspace is a matter of concern for the French military, Report informs referring to Le Monde newspaper.

According to General Aymeric Bonnemaison, head of the French cyber defense command, the technical support operations that groups of US military cybersecurity specialists began to conduct in Europe after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in order to monitor possible Russian interference are cause for concern.

He noted that US experts are acting rather aggressively.

The general believes that by opening the networks to the cyber military from the US, states expose themselves to the risk of influencing their domestic politics.
